Remembering Kursk: More Details

Gnomon: Hey, everyone!    Hope that you're having a great Thursday!    As promised, I have some more info for you over the Kursk event. If you're unfamiliar with Kursk, 75 years ago, approximately 2 million people were involved in a battle that had over 7,000 tanks deployed. This year marks the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Kursk, and we'd like to commemorate this with a 50-day in-game challenge.        Between July 5th and August 23rd, you'll receive new missions daily with rewards for completing them. The rewards increase in value as you advance through the missions.   The three major prizes are:  A commemorative medal for participating The T-34 Shielded  A special Kursk-dedicated style   The Batte of Kursk featured certain tanks from both sides, so players who have these vehicles in their Garage will be able to complete the missions in a slightly different way: North Direction: This Direction will be available to anyone with vehicles of Tier IV or higher, but tasks will be harder to accomplish South Direction: This Direction will be available to those who have the listed historical vehicles, and will provide easier winning conditions   Vehicles for South Direction: Germany Marder 38T StuG III Ausf. B Grille Pz.Kpfw. IV Ausf. H StuG III Ausf. G Hummel Nashorn Panther Tiger I Ferdinand   U.S.S.R. T-60 M3 Light T-70 Churchill III KV-1S SU-85 T-34 T-34 Shielded SU-152   The rewards for every mission will be the same, regardless of what direction you choose (you can "mix" directions and complete some North and some South). However, after completing a mission for either Direction, you will not get another go at said mission.   In addition to the daily rewards, each accomplished mission will grant you one Mission point (with a total of 50 available).
