What is your favourite movie and why?

Gnomon: Alien - Kind of obvious because of my avatar. It's just such a good sci-fi movie. Although, we don't talk about the travesty that is Alien 3     Event Horizon - Freaked me out when I was younger. I love it now and should probably read the book at some point...   Pan's Labyrinth: My first Guillermo del Toro movie. I just really enjoy the story and the monsters in it.    The Princess Bride - Classic.   Fargo - I love the dark humor.   LoTR: Fellowship of the Ring: Tolkien is king and this is my favorite of the series. Two Towers was just blah, and Return of the King was okay.
