Again you will lose performance from the slot 1 card even in
parallel because the Intel chipset only allows for 20 lanes from
your GPU slots. your best bet would to be just run both monitors
from 1 GPU. Your IT guy should have told you this.GhostPrime: You may run into driver conflicts running two
different cards. It's possible yes, but not optimal. a 1070 is more
than enough to handle the second monitor too. This is my personal
opinion.
