Major Spikes - Start of Battle - Help

I've noticed major lag spikes as soon as the battle starts. Lasts
5-10 seconds, the screen freezes. Still can hear the sounds of

Oddly, sometimes during battle, I get 1-2 mini spikes.
As mentioned, this happened during the last 2-3 weeks,
before that never had these issues. Any help would be
appreciated. GhostPrime: It could be due to the CPU. The game has to load through the
CPU and then to the GPU. (Its more complicated, but for the
sake of this statement) What are your PC specs?
