Scroll down a bit, and on the column on the right you should find an option to record battles.   3 options should be present: Never record, Record only one battle, Record all the battles. Choose the last one to have all the replays.   To access the replays, go into your main WoT location (generally C drive, a folder named games) and look for a folder named 'replays' (no caps). Should be there.   The second option:
  Pressing F1 to F8 keys makes you do one of the commands. If you hold Z, then you will get a circle with the commands. Move your mouse to choose a command.    You can press T also. Pressing T while hovering over an enemy will tell your allies to 'target' the enemy (in arty, the message will change to "I'm attacking ) , hovering over an ally will tell that ally to 'Follow you'.
