GhostPrime: Please click on your start menu and in the search/run box type "%appdata%\wargaming.net" (without the quotes) and press enter, then in the folder that comes up we would like you to delete the worldoftanks folder. Then run the game.   If that doe not do the trick, please submit a ticket if you have not already.
