Frustrated about support

However, we assure you that our investigations are exhaustive and that any violation of the game rules will be met with account sanctions. Please feel free to contact support again with any further questions or concerns. Once again, we thank you for taking the time to report this player, and I really hope you have a better day!   I am surprised that it came so soon, but I would like to point out that this seems like a CG response which was put on a delay for a day. The T25/2 did not even say anything in the battle, and I was complaining about him disturbing game play.   I just think that WG should put some more effort into the response system. If this system was sound, many people who have violated the rules would no longer be in the game. Such as that Tantan guy (although it is kind of funny), people like him do disrupt the game.  WG can say "Oh it is because we have a massive amount of tickets, or We are working on other projects", but there are other big games which are able to keep the player base following the rules...*ahem T-22.   Tanks!
