Password issue

OR 'Password reset is unavailable'. SO how in the hell is he going to either 'UNMASK' his password showing in the drop down box at login time, or recover/change his password? OR where is it stored on his computer?   Wargaming this is for you:  "You should be able to change the Password "IN GAME" under account settings or something.
