Would streaming with obs drop my frame rate by alot? I can play at
80 fps without V sync but i keep v sync on. Playing at max settings

on your connection speed. Some Mods that draw information from the
servers also can affect ping. It also matters what devices you are
using that are connected to the internet, so watching netflix,
streaming music while you play/stream will all affect
your latency. Again, though that goes back to your bandwidth,
and connections speed.
