Update 9.14 Announcement and Server Downtime

GhostPrime: Hello Tankers!  We will be performing server maintenance on Thursday March 10th, 2016 for the release of Update 9.14Maintenance will begin 12:00AM PT (08:00 UTC) and will last approximately five and a half (5 ½ hours.During this time, the World of Tanks servers will be unavailable. An overview of the changes can be found here:Patch Notes
