the background, and you are using a Vanilla game client (No Mods).
Then run a ping trace with something like Pingplotter. This will
tell you where your packet loss is. Also make sure
that no devices are taking up your internet bandwidth. (Smart TVs,
game consoles, Phones, tablets)
