game not loading from launcher.

The game launcher loads.. updates..and the play button lights up...But when ya hit the button.. the little load circle spins for about 15-20 seconds and then nothing.., i have treid everything from switchin ports on hard router.. uninstalling game.. defrags ..virus scans.. all the steps i have run into in the support menu ..meaning checking java...directx..and all.. still nothing.. been 3 days now and i have heard from tech support maybe once.. game loads on wife's computer .. and runs ..but not mine.. at wits end here..any ideas..???
