GhostPrime: When you send in a ticket, they will ask you for a trace of your connection. This will show them where the packet loss lies. Sometimes packet loss is deceptive; some servers will be set to ignore ICMP echo requests, or ignore them at a certain threshold.    That said, support does compile information, and I do encourage you to send in tickets that way an investigation can be made if an issue occurs.
