Game worked perfect except for there we damaged sound files.

I reinstalled the whole entire game thinking it would fix it but know whenever I click on the launch but it pops up and says play, I click play, it then prompts me to allow the game to run, I click ok and an hour glass pops up and it acts like it is going to run as per usual but then nothing happens... No error message, nothing... I even tried running as and admin, no luck... I'm so frustrated because I was able to play at least the first time I downloaded it... Please me.
