8.7 Test Roll Out tomorrow

GeneralDirection: 8.7 Public Test will be global, it won't roll out to regions over time.
Regarding comments about 8.6 only being a week old, while true for North America, some parts of 8.7 have been in development for quite a while. Heck, we're already working on parts of 9.1. ;)
