Rise of the Americas Stage III & IV; the End is Near

GeneralDirection: We are looking at developing content for mid tier clans. Lower tier clan wars is not it, but it is something we hope will train you for the end game.
As of right now clan wars will remain an 'end game' activity, much like raiding in MMORPGs.
