Let's lose the 30 second countdown already!

GeneralDirection: The 30-second countdown is there to allow for lagging players--whether PC or internet--to get into the battle. In most cases it's caused by the player's PC, so once they're loaded in things will be fine. If we removed the 30-second countdown, there's a good chance you'd run into battles where half your team isn't finished loading before the combat starts.
While our motto is "Let's Battle!", we're not looking to ruin someone's World of Tanks experience to achieve that. We realize not everyone has the best computer system available today, and we're looking to avoid punishing them for something that they might not have control over.
