You have the resources to put an English ingame notification about this a day after it started (better late than never), but no resources available to record and post the matches on a video site other than one having a Chinese user experience (i.e. youtube, google, etc...)?

I wish I didn't know about it. Your PR team should be ashamed of themselves. Just terrible.
