Forum reorganization

Last time they did Forum maintenance, they messed up the "Search" feature.  Yes, you could still search, but any forum post started after September 24th, would not be returned in the results.  It took them about a week to acknowledge this, and only after several players submitted trouble tickets.  It took about another week and a half to fix it.
This time, another forum maintenance has broken the search feature entirely.  Searching for anything results in nothing being found.  Is that being fixed?  Or do users have to submit trouble tickets again?
Seriously, doesn't anyone test their software 'fixes' before they release it to the public?
