GeneralDirection: For me personally, the job first; I was brought on due to my
experience in the industry and community management. For some on
the team, the game first (like lord_farquad--he had 7k+ battles and
was extremely active in clan wars before being brought on).
Where I worked previously, I didn't really have a chance to play more than a single game, because my job relied on knowing that game more than every other person that played it.
I guess it's the same thing here, but that's not as easy when I need to know about tanks, planes and ships. ;)
