You have a fair point, and it's something I've actually thought about quite a bit over the last 24 hours. I decided to go back through August and came to the conclusion that RU was slightly better than NA, with EU pulling in third, SEA fourth. For October, I'm going to use the method I did today to look back on August. We're going to make sure that overall the specials are as close to similar as possible while taking into account nation-specific holidays and celebrations. We'll do that for every month from now on.
