New checkbox options added to Settings for Assault and Encounter
Unchecking the box causes the matchmaker to ignore that game mode for your account
Boxes are checked by defaultPlayers will not be matched into Encounter battles until they have unlocked at least one tier four vehicle
Players will not be matched into Assault battles until they have unlocked at least one tier six vehicle
