Russian M3 Stuart -- Worth keeping?

Are there any compelling reasons to keep the tutorial reward, lend-lease Russian M3 Stuart besides just novelty?
More specifically, do they rotate tutorial reward tanks? (i.e. Russian M3 Stuart in 7.4, but perhaps a different tank in 7.5)
Does this tank provide any special benefits? (I hurried through the tutorial, I believe I might've missed something)
