Where's the Tank Sale, for the end of July?

Technical issues and delays we only find out about after the fact. CTD issues took weeks for a notice to go to the portal. Lots of stuff seems a bit reactive. So for the special, could something be put up like "stay tuned for the upcoming special, it is on its way!" If nothing else it would save everyone worrying that they'd been forgotten.
