A lot of changes to keep it balanced.. this will be the biggest change to WoT. I am seriously looking forward to it if its true. Huge MM tier spread was the major thing I hate about this game.

tier lights, as well as SPGs. But the goal is to bring the majority
of battles into a more competitive experience. Right now some tanks
are simply not competitive in a large number of their battles.
