GeneralDirection: I can't really comment on something discovered by sifting through
data files. It'd be like talking about the Ratte since it "exists"
in the game data. ;)

the IS-4 had been removed from the game, but it's still there. So
you kept the IS-4 with similar gameplay to its tier 9 version, and
also received a new tier 9 tank for free.
