this is from the wiki, it is about how this wasnt a problem in the Frontally mounted turret design of the VK4502. and i guess it is also called a shot trap, so calling it that might help remove any discrepancies.

Since we didn't got the option i'll guess i'll go ahead and open a support ticket so you can trade the IS8 (which i never wanted nor like nor will play) for the ST-1 as it should have been.
