It is long since overdue that you as a company figure out how to COMMUNICATE with your playerbase (the one West of the Atlantic or East of the Pacific whichever you understand better).
All of these "glitches" with no Official word until well after it has become a PR nightmare for you (Forum on Fire) is NOT good for your US business.
Figure out that the player base in the US doesn't like to be F'd around with by the developer.
Even if what happens is not intentional and you mean well the PR handling of whatever occurs needs to improve.
This isn't a group that waits around before leaping to conclusions, becoming enraged, and cursing your existence. Get your PR act together.
