GeneralDirection: Not all vehicles are created equal, so an across the board reduction is not viable.

also, on turrets such as the 'Porsche' where the front armor is rounded down, in real life, hitting it and being unable to pen it would cause (on the lower part of the frontal turret armor) the round to ricochet off it and hit the soft uper hull armor, a comon sight on the WWII battle field by sherman tankers. Does this work in WoT?

GeneralDirection: It's not a full clone of the JT. I can't really comment on the E75, since there's always a chance that more vehicles will be introduced in the future beyond what we've announced. It's an online game after all, and we have no plans of slowing development support for it for the foreseeable future.
Buying back tanks, probably not. We're considering changing tanks so that they cannot be sold if they are given out as gifts, through preorders, etc.

GeneralDirection: We have no plans of implementing server transfers for other regions at this time.

TKing is not fun for anyone, and leads to frustration and all that negative stuff. Add on to that the complication of trying to properly compensate victims while not making it profitable for griefers only further adds to my point of removing team damage. Also, if it's unfair for artillery to not worry about team damage, you could make it so any shells that hit a friendly and explode or bounce, will not damage an enemy. Or go even further and make it so any shells exploding within some specified radius around a friendly, will not damage an enemy.

GeneralDirection: We will not be removing team damage from random battles. That would remove a lot of critical thinking from strategies players use if they were able to fire freely and move around freely without concern of receiving team damage for playing carelessly. That's why we've developed the TK system to discourage serial team killing.

Great for sneak attacks (coming up behind somone while there fighting somone else)
Great Penetration (except for 0 damage pen shots which usually result in enemy being at 30% and you having 40 seconds to reload while they turn there gun at you at close range)

GeneralDirection: We're constantly reviewing data on tanks played and have not seen a reduction in French tank use that warrants 'buffs'. We're pretty happy with the balance of the tanks after the changes.
