Roster Changes

I had wanted to offer team changes at some point all along. We (lord_farquad and myself) both agreed that the mid-way point (or as middle with 9 weeks as you can get) was the best time to do that.
We should have announced this from the start though -- I agree. Next season we will likely change roster switches quite a bit.
The reality is the tournament tool we use is still growing, and this experience will only make for a stronger backend overall.
