GeneralDirection: We have a fairly extensive spreadsheet of production / service
dates for tanks and definitely design events / specials around
that. The IS-3 for example was approved for service in May, and so
we've designed an event and special around that.
We can't discount tier 8 vehicles for gameplay design reasons, but the special should help speed your way to purchasing it.
