Heads-up heading into the weekend

GeneralDirection: I'm at home right now so I will not be making any changes to the tournament until Monday morning. On the bright side, we didn't run into a situation where two teams were representing the same clan.
We also didn't have to decline many teams due to not following the rules -- only a few, alongside many teams that did not meet the member requirements.
This means there are 81 teams eligible for participation in the tournament. This is going to result in a first round that is a bit wonky, with teams receiving byes.
Unfortunately this has to happen for later rounds to play out properly; if we set it up so that at least 80 out of the 81 teams played, it would result in byes in later rounds. Obviously outside of limiting it to 64 teams, allowing byes in the first round is a better solution.
To be honest, it's the best solution in my opinion. I'd rather byes in the first round than telling 17 teams they couldn't participate, and I hope you guys agree with me.
We'll have the schedule finished up early Monday and posted, and the first round scheduled for 6PM PST on Feb. 6 (02:00 UTC on Feb. 7) as originally planned.
