I received an update on the KV-5 disappearing. There was an issue with promo code redemptions that conflicted with the gift shop, resulting in KV-5 purchases not actually gifting the KV-5, but other premium tanks instead. So, we've disabled the KV-5 as a purchase option until this can be fixed.
We apologize for this and will get it fixed as soon as possible.
