Clan Wars Freeze Time

I would really wonder if the majority would rather have CW restored presently, with tank locking. Is there a chance we might be able to have an official poll (that maybe gets some attention from the "News" or Overlord's blog to help make sure we get a bigger consensus?) - which asks the player base if they would rather have Clan Wars with tank locking and see how it goes, or to have it delayed for a while longer until the devs can get the tank locking taken out?
