GeneralDirection: Someone using the 38H735(f) will miss out on a potentially large
number of MVP points that they could gain by using another light
tank. Not only will they have no chance of getting Orlik's medal,
but they also have to rely on getting ~10 kills a battle (or more)
to offset missing out on Orlik's medal.
