If a company can't provide a patch on due month(it's 30 days btw), how can they give a whole new game? I doubt it all. Battleships will remain a "DREAM PROJECT".
I know this post is gonna get Modded by GeneralDirection(The Best WG guys I've seen, cause he replies faster and precisely and in a cool manner) and I may get many negative reps. But truth is truth. I'll stand for it. Once more, If you are not Sure, then Please Don't declare even an approximate time, Keep your data Clandestine. Cause, People Expect it, And If Expectations are broken, Trust is broken, If trust is broken, players leave, if players leave, you lose everything you've built, especially when there are other new games coming in.

patch for a game has been delayed. We wanted to release 7.0 in
November as badly as players wanted it, but we're not going to
release a patch half finished just to meet the date we hoped it
would be done by. I think you can agree that it's better to release
a finished patch a little later than originally planned than to
release one riddled with bugs.
2. World of Warplanes development is moving along fine, and is being developed by an entirely different team than World of Tanks.
3. World of Battleships is also being developed by an entirely different team than World of Tanks and World of Warplanes.
4. I would say the most anticipated patch of all will be the one that allows you to perform back flips in your tank. That'd be pretty awesome, IMO.
