Accepted after officially told not accepted

VERY POOR PERFORMANCE ON WARGAMING'S PART (where is the "thumbs down" smiley when you need it?). If teams had inappropriate names (only glanced at the posts), then why were they "Accepted" in the first place??? Can someone, preferably Gen. Direction, give one logical explanation. If WG was not professional and negligent can we at least get an apology and "we'll fix this" to soothe some of the embarassment that we feel was sprung on us.
