Challenge Feedback Polls

GeneralDirection: Both the North American and Oceanic Challenge filled up far faster than anticipated, so we clearly should reassess the rules, schedules and sign-up process for future tournaments. With that in mind, I would like to get a series of polls started to collect feedback on this Challenge.
Why a series, you ask? Well, the forum only allows 3 questions per poll, so I'll have to create separate threads for each.
After voting, please feel free to use this thread to include additional feedback, alternative suggestions, or ideas to improve the Challenge format.
