GeneralDirection: It was never intended to suggest that it was only for Oceania, just
that the tournament is scheduled in a comfortable time period for
players located in the region. The tool at this time can not dig
deep enough to say "this guy is from Australia and his one is from
Canada." And frankly, I don't feel that should be the case to begin
with. The idea behind the tournament is to give players playing
during those hours something to do. While we'd prefer players don't
set their alarm clocks for 2AM in the morning if they don't
normally play then -- it's why we're scheduling tournaments during
multiple time periods of the day -- it's not something that is
possible to prevent with the tool right now.

GeneralDirection: While I know you acknowledged this as a joke in a later post, I
will say that yes it's something to consider. The times may have
been set up in a fashion that caused the players to sign up and
then not make it for whatever reason.
