tournament by multiple days to account for bringing in additional
teams, as well as extending the actual schedule of the tournament.
It has already been modified for future tournaments that 128 teams
will be allowed.

As I see there were three DQs in the Oceanic Challenge, we're going to have to consider possibly modifying the 3/5 rule to account for one potential draw.

tournament tool. It's a feature I'd like to request though for
future expansion of the tool's functionality, among other things.
