GeneralDirection: The 5x experience events have to be activated by server
maintenance, so that's why it takes place at 7AM EDT when the
fewest players are online.

Server reset time is 0000Z, or 8pm Eastern (Z-4), 5pm Eacific (Z-7).
The event time was scheduled for 0000EDT on the 29th to 0700EDT on the 30th. That would be from 0400Z on the 29th to 1100Z on the 30th.
