Alternates

Just as I did when I was an Army officer, I'm trying to "put the troops first". Our team has a rotation policy I'm not trying to sound arrogant nor am I trying to imply that we will win anything. There may be other team captains who would like an option like that also. I think this would help smooth out some of the initial mistakes made in this "beta" verion of the IGN/WOT tournament.
