I think the big question is, are the winners decided on March 5, when phase 3 ends, or after a few days of Tier 10 battles.  I believe it is clear that winners are decided when the entire event is over, and that suggests phase 4 Tier 10.  Some folks are thinking that phase 4 is just the go forward and the event ends on 3/5.
