Thank you for being so responsive and answering so many questions.  I apologize for double posting these.  You have responded to most of the questions raised, but still very curious about these 2 points:
1.  At the end of phase one, when we move to phase 2, will all of North America shift to Tier 6, or just zone 2?
2.  How many time zones are we getting in Continental US, 2, 3, 4?  Any chance zone 1 is 1 time zone, zone 2 is another, zone 3 is another?
