Clan Wars Return on January 9

Gaea: In regards to tank locking, it will not be implemented on the NA server... for now. We did ask the Clan Wars designers to not implement as we had been receiving from several players (and not only in the Council of Armored Forces) an overwhelming negative response to tank locking over several months. We are waiting to see how the tank locking will work on other servers with a higher population, and from there we will see from feedback how tank locking is received by the players. After speaking, chatting, arguing, and debating with many players, we felt that tank locking would not benefit the NA Clan Wars and would instead hinder the advancement of many smaller clans on the map.
