latency and lag spikes. I don't see much for troubleshooting
but I see a lot of complaints about monetization features and the
support team. If you're having high ping, a reinstall will not
fix the issue but figuring out where the network bottleneck is will
help isolate it.In the WGC launcher, go to "?" tab on the left side
Go to "create report" - let the report generate Once report is
finished, go to the folder Create a Support ticket, attach the zip
file into the ticket The Support team will take a look at the
file and they can determine where the network bottleneck is
isolated to.
