problems of it going off. Do you hear the enemy spotted
notification go off before you were lit up? It is
possible that if the enemy already has rounds down range right
after you are spotted, you can get knocked out before receiving the
6th sense warning. Another indicator is the visual one at the
bottom of the screen to indicate that the enemy has spotted you as
well.
