Anonomizer and blacklist wargaming is ignoring players rights to see black list

Elias_K_Grodin: Hey Platoon, Steering the thread back to the OP from being
Bush-whacked twice, the anonymizer and the blacklist features were
to reduce toxicity within the World of Tanks community. There
were too many instances where players would be harassed and bullied
for whatever reason and not all of the bullying gets reported for
WG to investigate so we made this feature for players to
blacklist/block messages coming from players they add to the list.
This blacklist is kept by the player in confidence and that should
not be shared with anyone. As for players suspected of running
botting software, this is a EULA violation: 12.1.10
using any unauthorized third party programs, including hacks,
cheats, scripts, bots, trainers and automation programs that
interact with the Resources in any way, for any purpose, including
any unauthorized third party programs that intercept, emulate, or
redirect any communication between the software and Wargaming and
any unauthorized third party programs that collect information
about the Game by reading areas of memory used by the software to
store information; While we cannot disclose any actions
taken, WG takes bot software usage enforcement very
seriously.
