P.43 bis: Improved Sight Mod + Improved Aiming Class 2 Equipment Not Stacking

Einzelganger7: I also saw the same on my E-50, and by putting the cursor over the effects it has the parameters from the vents and brothers in arms by -0.01 each but the ones of that field mod say 0.00 so I guess it might be a visual bug like the one seen with concealment directives.
