Dual Nation feature dead?

Einzelganger7: I also hope they still consider to give this feature to more tanks, I have the Bretagne Panther but I'd like it with its German nationality. Even so I am afraid wargaming reconsidered the feature and scraped it because we would get "two tanks" for the price of one in terms of being able to train two crews of different nations with a single tank.
